1. Introduction

Welcome to Emergency Health Fix. By using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully.

2. Subscriptions (e.g. S.W.A.T Team, Carbie AI)

  • Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: Emergency Health Fix offers auto-renewing subscription options. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that it will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.

  • Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the content and features of your subscription until the end of the current subscription period. Your subscription will not renew, and you will no longer be charged.

3. Consumable Purchases (e.g. Challenges)

  • One-Off Purchases: Emergency Health Fix offers one-off access to specific content, such as "Challenges." These are consumable purchases, meaning they are non-renewing and are consumed upon use.

  • Payment: Payment for one-off purchases will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.

  • No Refunds: All consumable purchases, including "Challenges," are non-refundable and cannot be restored once used.

4. Refunds

All payments for subscriptions and consumables are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel a subscription, your subscription will not renew, but no refunds will be provided for the current subscription period. Consumable purchases like "Challenges" are non-refundable once used.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted in the app, and your continued use of the app will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Legal Disclaimer

The advice provided by Dr. Erin and Emergency Health Fix, LLC is public knowledge disseminated and interpreted by Dr. Erin.   Clients are responsible to interpret, challenge, and investigate the science presented.  Clients follow this advice at their own risk.  

Dr. Erin does not claim to provide medical services for any Emergency Health Fix clients, nor should her nutrition or health habits recommendations be considered specific medical advice.   

Dr. Erin is a certified and licensed medical provider with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D) degree and does retain the right to give specific medical advice for medical conditions discussed with clients.  All clients should retain and/or maintain a private physician and discuss any choices with their private doctor.
