What you read here might surprise you!! Then again, if you've been my client maybe not!😂 You already know the VERY FIRST thing I will tell you is ALMOST EVERYONE (with very, very few exceptions) benefits from a low carb diet! Let's talk about some specific categories of people who will benefit greatly:
(1) Anyone suffering with the partial or FULL SUPERFECTA of metabolic disease and then some!! 😬
-high blood pressure
-dangerous cholesterol levels
Of course, privately, these people are TYPICALLY also suffering with joint pain, skin eruptions, depression/anxiety, indigestion, decreased sex drive/erectile dysfunction/fertility issues, lack of motivation, and in some cases have already progressed to heart attack, stroke, cancer, and kidney failure....
THIS IS A NO BRAINER FOLKS!! SEND ME THESE PEOPLE☝️☝️☝️☝️!! Seeing this REPEATING PREDICTABLE PATTERN is what made me want to focus more of my life's energy on PREVENTATIVE HEALTH! If you think these things are unrelated... let me tie them up in a neat bow for you--- CARB ADDICTIION! Changing THESE LIVES KEEPS ME MOTIVATED! These chronically unwell folks CAN BE MADE WHOLE AGAIN!! and not with meds!!!🤯🤓
(2) Anyone already SUPER FIT and HEALTHY or health oriented!!
This may seem like a contradiction in needs! In fact, many of my clients are already super fit and/or have a lot of knowledge regarding health and wellness. So why are these folks a perfect fit for me? THEY LITERALLY EAT UP HEALTHY FACTS and enjoy learning the science behind some of the things they ALREADY DO on a daily basis to defend and protect their health. Plus, these folks are often the HEALTH leaders in their own families and among their friends! THEY LOVE having additional educational knowledge and ammunition for making healthy choices that often includes the people they shop and cook for. These EHFix members become MY CHEERLEADERS and SUPERFANS-- they thrive on helping me save as many others as possible!! I CHERISH these members! They add fuel to my fire!😊❤️
(3) Any healthcare, fitness, or wellness professional who is in the business of providing health advice to others!
Do you know a healthcare professional (nurse, doctor, PA, NP, etc) or fitness instructor who talks the talk but doesn't LOOK like they walk the walk??🤨 These folks are often suffering with the same CARB addiction as YOU and taking their own BS advice to "exercise more and eat less"!! This SH** DOESN"ST WORK!!🤔 These folks either have NEVER learned or simply don't know how to apply MODERN NUTRITION SCIENCE to their daily lives! If you or someone you know is giving advice on HEALTH regularly, you/they ought to LOOK the part and KNOW what the hell you/they are talking about! PLEASE SEND THESE PEOPLE TO ME! If they have an office of referrals standing behind them, I will very likely be interested in training them for free! (BTW- talk to me about discounts if this is YOUR situation!) LET's GO HEALTHY TEAM!
(4)Parents of OBESE KIDS
If you are the parent of an obese child, you may or may not, also be obese. Either way, get educated about what is going wrong with your child's diet! THIS EXTRA FAT IS NOT YOUR FAULT AND IT IS NOT THEIRS EITHER!! Our food industry is HOOKING us AND our children on the worst "so called foods" ever produced and it's killing them!! Get on the same side as your children and fight back by learning how to eat as a family for wellness. KIDS SEE CHANGES HAPPEN FAST when they get on board with healthy habits!
At the very least, learn to FIX your refrigerator and pantry in order to provide a HEALTHY DIET at home. Learn about meal prep and how to order in and out in a healthy way.
So many parents are surprised to learn their kids actually WANT TO BE HEALTHY and WANT TO CHANGE their trajectory of their life! Don't assume your kids won't make a change to improve their appearance! They often WANT THIS CHANGE more than they are willing to admit to ANYONE! I love making whole families HEALTHIER and HAPPIER!
(5)Teenagers and young adults
Educating your kids before they fully leave the nest or are newly on their own with food purchase and prep is a great way to keep them well. If you think they were given this advice in "health class" think again! I will teach them the REAL everyday info they need to make good choices. Even if they don't choose to use the tools they learn every single day, they will recognize what food and habits are keeping them well and which ones are working against them. They will learn to self-correct and go on to give healthy advice to their friends in need! Let's arm these kids to protect themselves from the predation of food and drink manufacturers!
Whether you are in high school sports, community sports, love your daily gym time, or just love to run and play you NEED TO KNOW HOW LOW CARB can benefit your routine and how a HIGH CARB habit can hurt your long term health.
