This option is for clients that have many complex medical problems or medications that will need active management throughout ACCELERATOR or for the client who just wants a little more individual attention. Meet with Dr. Erin for one hour to discuss your health, your current diet, your medical problems, medications, past limitations, and allergies/diet preferences. Learn how to evaluate your own health and develop goals. Get started with learning the basics of dieting, macro-nutrients, and metabolism. Afterward, you'll be ready to launch toward improved health! After choosing this option I will contact you to set up a Zoom meeting for a mutually agreeable time.
